Change or cancel your order
We can change or remove items from your order. This if we have not already sent the item.
Order processing
Once your order has been processed you will receive an email.
Shipping of orders
You will receive an email when the order is sent.
Where is your order
If you have selected alternative Package in the Mailbox, it will be sent there. If it does not fit, it will end up at the nearest post office and you will receive an SMS regarding delivery.
If you have chosen shipping option Delivery at the post office, the package will be picked up at the post office or mail in the store.
In the event of a complaint, we need documentary photos to be able to take care of your inquiry.
How to make a complaint:
Take a picture of the product (2-3 pictures).
2. Describe as clearly as possible what is wrong with the product.
3. Send the photos and text to [email protected]
4. Based on photos and description, we make an assessment and get back to you as soon as we can.
5. The processing time for a complaint is 3-5 working days.
