  • 30 day right of return from purchase date.

 

Conditions for return

To ensure quality standards for intimate products for all customers, the following return policy applies:

  • The product / item cannot be visibly used and / or has prominent a odor.
  • If the item is damaged or lost due to careless handling, the right of withdrawal lapses.
  • Must have original labels.
  • Intimate products can not be returned if the seal is broken.
  • Returns should be sent as a letter or package, not as cash on delivery.
  • Feel free to take a picture of the product and packaging and send it to [email protected] to secure your right for return.

 

Returned items which are contrary to the return policy

  • Most of By Valerie’s product range is classified as intimate products. To maintain security for all customers, the return policy is followed for all purchases.
  • Returned products / items that are in conflict with the current return policy cannot be sold, and will be demolished.
  • As a customer, you will not be compensated for returned products / items that are in conflict with the return policy.
  • Carefully review the return policy and consult with support before returning the product(s) / item(s).

 

Exchanges

  • Items cannot be exchanged.
  • Please follow the return procedure and make a new order.

 

Products / items that are classified as intimate products

  • Panties – all types.
  • Set – where panties are included. Applies to the categories lingerie, nightwear, corsets, chemise & babydolls etc.
  • Hosiery. Applies to the categories stay ups, stockings, pantyhose, bodystockings etc.
  • Gloves.
  • These items cannot be returned if the seal is broken.

 

How to make a return

A return costs 69 SEK and is adjusted at Klarna upon refund.

  • Pack the goods in a package
  • Download the PDF return slip HERE and put it in the package
  • Send email to [email protected]
    • Title: Return of goods
    • The message should contain
      • Order number
      • Image of the product and packaging for the goods that are to be returned
      • Reason for return
  • You will receive an email with a shipping label
  • When you receive the shipping label, put in on the package and take the return to the shipping company and send it

You are responsible for covering shipping costs for returns and that it will be delivered at the return address. We do not collect returns from customs or offices for packages. Make sure to send the package in such a way it will be delivered directly to the return address.

Have you received my return?

  • When we have received your return, you will receive an email that we have received the item. It may take up to 14 days from the time you send the package.

 

Can I return sales items?

  • We have the same right of withdrawal and return on sales goods, as long as the goods are in line with the return policy.

 

Reservations

  • We reserve the right to charge if the item is missing, not in original condition or removed from the seal.

 

Does it cost anything to return items?

  • Norway & World – The customer is responsible for the return of the items.
  • Sweden & EU – A return costs 69 SEK and will be adjusted with Klarna with the return.
