Terms of purchase

General

BV International AB org no. 559244-1769 operates By Valerie hereinafter referred to as “BV”.

• If you are under 18 years of age, you must have permission from a guardian to make a purchase.
• BV is not responsible for any errors and has the right to change them.
• Copyright © All material is protected in accordance with European law
• By Valerie reserves the right to change or update information at any time without notice, including errors in pricing, details and descriptions that may appear on ByValerie.com.

 

Prices and payment

• Prices of the goods are stated including VAT in the EU and Norway.
• Prices for the goods are stated excluding VAT outside the EU and Norway.
• The shopping cart shows the total price including all taxes, VAT, shipping and any payment fees.
• Exchange rates and prices may vary based on currency and country.
• By Valerie has the right to change the price of its products without notice. Orders placed before this change cannot be changed at the revised price.

• Payment is made through Klarna and terms for payment through Klarna can be found here
• Your personal information is handled in accordance with the applicable data protection law and in accordance with the information in Klarna’s privacy statement which you can read here.

 

Right of withdrawel

• The cancellation period is 30 days for goods and 14 days for gift cards.
• In communication to By Valerie, it must be clear that you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal.
• The cancellation period runs from the day you receive the item or a significant part of it.
• If the agreement applies to an item that has been made from back order the cancellation period begins to run on the day you have received information.

 

Conditions for return / exchange

• The product / item cannot be visibly used.
• If the item is damaged or lost due to careless handling, the right of withdrawal lapses.
• Must have original labels
• Intimate products can not be returned if the seal is broken
• Returns should be sent as a letter or package, not as a cash on delivery.
• We do not perform exchange

Products / goods that are classified as intimate products

• Panties – all types
• Set – where panties are included.
• Socks and tights. Applies to the categories stay ups, stockings, pantyhose etc.
• Gloves

These items cannot be returned if the seal is broken

 

Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery time is stated in the shopping cart under the respective shipping methods. If an item has a different delivery time, this is stated for the respective item.
• Estimated delivery times are stated by the current forwarder.
• By Valerie can not be held responsible for deviations in delivery time, due to freight forwarder, customs clearance, strike, civil unrest, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, weather, natural disasters, fire, epidemics, failure of public or private telecommunications networks, force major or circumstances outside By Valerie’s control.
• Orders on ByValerie.com are sent from Sweden.
• Free delivery is only possible for orders over a given value, and is stated in the shopping cart.

 

Packages not picked up

• If you choose collection as the shipping method, the item will be at your local post office for up to 4 weeks.
• Items not picked up by this deadline will be returned to us.
• For all goods that are not picked up, we reserve the right to invoice costs for return shipping, handling fee and handling fee, as of today set at 150, –

 

Out of stock items

• Items that have been purchased and turn out not to be in stock will not be returned.
• Orders with ordered goods are sent after By Valerie has had the goods delivered to their warehouse.

Obligation to repay

• If you exercise the right of withdrawal, we undertake to refund your payment for the item no later than 30 days after we have received the item.
• You must pay any return costs to return goods.
• Money will not be refunded for gift wrapping, but for the items.

 

Customs

• Orders to countries outside the EU or Norway may be subject to additional fees to be paid. As the consignee, you are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes collected by the country you live in.
• Payment of these fees is required to release the order from customs upon arrival.
• If these fees are not paid, the shipment can be abandoned. By Valerie does everything in its power to have the package sent back so that the order is refunded. Shipping and handling fees may in this case accrue to the customer.
• Following current legislation, By Valerie is required to state the correct amount for any package exported out of the EU. Requests to change this information will be denied.

 

Trademarks

• Trademarks, names and logos displayed on ByValerie.com are registered and unregistered trademarks of By Valerie and / or its affiliates.
• Prior written permission from By Valerie and/or its affiliates is required for the use of any trademark, image, or video from the Website.
• Thus, it is strictly forbidden to copy, reproduce, download, post, transmit or distribute any document coming from the Website, in any way.
